Li Guang Sheng stands as a distinctive figure in Singapore’s financial industry, guided by an unconventional yet principled philosophy: 90 percent reliance on fundamental analysis and 10 percent on technical indicators.

Since beginning his journey in 2006, he has drawn deeply from the wisdom of his clients—many of whom have retired early and continue to thrive on the strength of sound investments. It is from these value-driven individuals that he developed a strong foundation in intrinsic value investing and sustainable dividend yield strategies.

Li’s contributions also extend significantly to Rotary. He served as President of the Rotary Club of Shenton (2009–2011) and as Assistant Governor of Rotary District 3310 (2013/2014). He was awarded “Outstanding Assistant Governor” in 2013/14 and “Most Outstanding Young Rotarian D3310” in 2015/16.

He is currently a Principal Investment Specialist at Phillip Securities.
